（4）Problems and solutions
1: No picture and voice when playback on this machine
Answer:
Please check whether the display on the function setting is in the TV output state,after set ting the TV output state,it will switch to TV display mode when playback again
2: Images can not be stored
Answer:
This problem may be the bad TF card or there are bad files in internal Flash and TF card when loop recording or take pictures.Or you switch off the power directly when recording or taking pictures so that the machine has saved some bad files.Please copy the important information of the card to computer or other devices and format the storage, then try it again and it will work normally. You’d better format the TF card for the first time use,thus it will be better to use.
3: Why does the battery still shows full grid, but it shows off the low pressure after a few minutes.
Answer:
This is determined by the hardware design of products.Products only have two stalls display(electricity or running out of battery).As long as the battery is not in the scope of the set low voltage, the battery shows the full electricity grid all the time. Once the battery voltage is below the low-voltage detection threshold,it will show low-voltage immediately.After a while, it will show low-voltage and automatic shutdown..Meanwhile, it will save the videos and pictures which are recording automatically before shutting down.You only need to plug in the charger were equipped to charge for the battery,and it will not happy after the electricity is full.
4: Images of the wired camera are not clear
answer:Check
whether the camera lens are covered with dust or mist etc.Please wipe the lens with a cotton swab gently Or adjust the focus of the lens.
